Fence Fabric:
- Heavily galvanized chain link fence.
- Wire diameter 4.00 mm.
- Diamond mesh size 50 × 50 mm.
- Hight of fence fabric 2.10 meters. barbed selvage.
- Fence top & bottom sledge knuckled.
- Zinc coating as per ASTM A392 class ii ( min. zinc coating 610 grams/ m2).
Tension wire/ line wire
3 rows made out of 4.0 mm dia. heavily galvanized line wire to secure the fence fabric. 610 grams per m2 zinc coating as per ASTM A392, class -2.
Stirrup wire
made out of 2.5 mm dia. heavily galvanized stirrup wire to secure line wire .& barbed wire to all intermediate fencing posts.
Tie wire
Made out of 2.0 mm dia. heavily galvanized tie wire to secure fence fabric line wire at every 300 mm centers. It is also used to secure concertina barbed wire to barbed wire.
Barbed wire
made out of 2.5 mm dia. heavily galvanized barbed 2 ply, 4 point barbs as per ASTM A. 121 class 1 at every 100 mm centers.
Line posts
at every 3.0 meters, posts made out of 60 mm o.d, 3.9 mm thickness, ASTM A 53 sch-40 m.s pipe heavily galvanized hight 2.1 meter above the finished level + 0.7 meter buried in to the ground ( total 2.8 meters) + 250 × 250 × 6 mm thick anchor plate welded in the bottom of the post.
Pull posts
at every 200 meters, centers. posts made out of 168 mm o.d, 7.11 mm wall thickness (28.3 kg./meter), ASTM A 53 sch-40 m.s pipe heavily galvanized hight 2.1 meter above the finished level + 0.7 meter buried in to the ground ( total 2.8 meters) + 250 × 250 × 6 mm thick anchor plate welded in the bottom of the post. post must supply with additional 2 nos. of truss rod made out of 10 mm dia. m.s rod heavily galvanized.
Bracing posts
At every 50 meters, centers. posts made out of 73 mm o.d, 5.2 mm thickness, ASTM A 53 sch-40 m.s pipe heavily galvanized hight 2.1 meter above the finished level + 0.7 meter buried in to the ground ( total 2.8 meters) + 250 × 250 × 6 mm thick anchor plate welded in the bottom of the post. Post must supply with additional 2 nos. of struts rod made out of 42 mm o.d 3.6 mm thick. ASTM A 53 sch-40 m.s pipe heavily galvanized + 250 × 250 × 6 mm thick anchor plate welded in the bottom of the post.
Corner posts
To be placed at corners and change in direction construction same as straining posts.
End posts
To be placed at start in and ending locations same as straining posts but with only one no of truss rod.
Top rail
Placed top of the fence. Made out of 42 mm o.d, 3.6 mm thick, ASTM A 53 sch-40 m.s pipe heavily galvanized.
Middle rail
Placed middle of the fence. Made out of 42 mm o.d, 3.6 mm thick, ASTM A 53 sch-40 m.s pipe heavily galvanized.
Bottom rail
Placed bottom of the fence. Made out of 42 mm o.d, 3.6 mm thick, ASTM A 53 sch-40 m.s pipe heavily galvanized.
Y extension crank
Light duty "y" crank extension arm for line post made out of 2.0 mm thick. Sheet with 8 × 100 mm long g.i bolt with nut ( bolted to the post) heavy duty "y" crank extension arm at top of fence made out of 50 × 50 × 5 mm thick angle ( welded to post) vertical hight 0.35 meters, inclination angle 45 degrees, inclined length 0.5 meters.
Stretcher bar
Made out of 25 × 5.0 mm thick m.s flat bars heavily galvanized weaved through end mesh and secured to the post after stretching the fabric at straining/ corner/ posts.
Accessories
Brace bands, double clamps, tension bands, truss bracket, rail end cap, short winder, g.i eye bolts, ss nut and bolts, carriage bolts.

Finish
All metals must be hot dip galvanized as per ASTM A 123/a 153.
